These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 939gem online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available through the 939gem website and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account with 939gem, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms are entered into between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and 939gem ("939gem," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 939gem Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In order to register and maintain a 939gem account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 939gem strictly enforces this minimum age requirement across all jurisdictions.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits participation in online gaming.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a cooling-off period, whether voluntary or imposed by 939gem or any other gaming operator.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 939gem or any of its affiliated gaming studios or software providers.

939gem conducts mandatory age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Submission of false or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. 939gem reserves the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time.

To access the full functionality of the 939gem Platform, you must register a member account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information at all times and to notify 939gem promptly of any changes.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 939gem account. The operation of multiple accounts under the same or different identities, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and player protection frameworks, 939gem applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process to all member accounts. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon reaching specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at 939gem's discretion. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC or passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months
• Verification of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposit volumes or patterns warrant enhanced due diligence

Withdrawal of funds from a 939gem account is not permitted until KYC verification has been completed to 939gem's satisfaction. 939gem will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that arises from a member's failure to provide required KYC documentation promptly and in acceptable form.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 939gem account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

939gem strongly recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available through the Security Settings section of the member dashboard and adds a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

You must notify 939gem immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 939gem will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of such investigation. 939gem reserves the right to void transactions placed during any period of suspected unauthorised access.

939gem accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. 939gem does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees in accordance with its own terms of service.

The minimum deposit at 939gem is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to be credited to your 939gem account balance.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds may only be used for the purposes of real-money gaming on the 939gem Platform.
• 939gem reserves the right to return deposits to their source if the account holder's identity cannot be verified or if the deposit is suspected to be of illegitimate origin.
• Deposit limits may be adjusted by 939gem at any time as part of responsible gaming or AML compliance measures.

Members may request withdrawal of available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements) at any time via the Withdrawal section of the account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever the payment provider allows. If this is not possible, 939gem will request alternative withdrawal instructions.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the member dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to three business days.
• 939gem reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to withdrawal requests, including but not limited to enhanced source of funds checks, prior to release of funds.

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, and sports betting markets available on the 939gem Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market. These Terms govern your overall use of the Platform; individual game rules govern the conduct and settlement of specific wagers.

939gem uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software in all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation. RNG certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles within the game information panels.

939gem reserves the right to void any wager or cancel any bet where:

• There is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that may have affected the outcome of the game or event
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegitimate means
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including through the use of automated betting software, bots, or prohibited gambling strategies
• The outcome was influenced by collusion, match-fixing, or other forms of fraud or manipulation

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the 939gem platform records shall be the primary reference. Members may raise disputes through the 939gem support team within 30 days of the disputed event.

939gem offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty programme rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute a reduced percentage or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and spins are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a 939gem account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains unconverted may result in the prior bonus being cancelled.
• Abuse: 939gem reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit bonus offers, or the application of low-risk hedging strategies to convert bonus funds.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible 939gem members as specified in each offer. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.

939gem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued before all eligible members have had the opportunity to claim, 939gem will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practically possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 939gem Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without further notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other players
• Registering or operating more than one 939gem account under the same or different identities
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of any third party
• Using funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity, or using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug must be reported and may be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC, or the withdrawal process
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 939gem staff or other Platform users

939gem is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations toward player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 939gem members from within their account dashboard at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Requests to reduce limits are effective immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at set intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform during an active session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with immediate effect. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reinstated during the exclusion period under any circumstances, including at the member's own request.
• Reality Checks: View a real-time summary of net wins and losses for the current session from within any game or betting interface.

939gem staff are trained to recognise indicators of problem gambling and to refer members to appropriate support resources where necessary. 939gem may impose responsible gaming measures on any account, including deposit limits or mandatory cooling-off periods, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is exhibiting signs of gambling harm. Such measures may be applied without prior notice.

All content on the 939gem Platform, including but not limited to the 939gem name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, marketing materials, and any other proprietary content, is the exclusive intellectual property of 939gem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 939gem content without prior written authorisation from 939gem.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 939gem, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

939gem's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your 939gem account at the time the claim arose.

939gem does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, nor that any defects will be corrected. 939gem shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or factors beyond 939gem's reasonable control.

939gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so
• Suspicious or unusual activity patterns indicating potential fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• A member becoming subject to self-exclusion, whether voluntary or externally imposed
• Receipt of a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure

You may close your 939gem account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC being complete.

939gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 939gem will provide notification to affected members via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 939gem Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendments.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 939gem holds its applicable international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 939gem, you should first contact 939gem support via live chat or by email at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. 939gem will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 939gem's applicable licensing authority. Details of the relevant ADR body will be provided upon request by the support team.
